Select your items
Browse our collections online and select the items you would like to reserve by clicking on the "Reserve in store" button on the product page.

Choose your preferred store
Select the closest Jacadi boutique you would like to purchase your item(s) from.

Confirm your reservation
A reservation request will be sent to the store you selected and you will receive an e-mail or a text message within 4 business-hours confirming the reservation of your item(s). Once your reservation has been confirmed, your items will be reserved for 24 business-hours*.

Purchase your items
A client advisor in your selected store will contact you and offer 3 options to finalize your purchase:
- - Come in person to pay and collect your items;
- - Pay remotely via a secure link and come pick up your items at your earliest convenience.
- - Pay remotely via a secure link and have your items shipped to be delivered to your preferred address.
- * The reservation time duration may vary during sales. A unique secure payment link can be sent via text message or email. and payment can only be made via credit or debit card.
